The short version
Dubai-based founder and engineer with 8+ years across networking, IT, and full-stack product development. Google IT Support Specialist, Cisco Certified Network Associate, and Meta-certified. Today I run RedZen Cloud, my US software studio, and build my own products — while shipping for clients worldwide.
How it started
I started my first company at 13 — an internet service provider in Lebanon that grew past 700 customers. Then seven years as a network administrator gave me the fundamentals most developers skip: how systems actually talk to each other, and how they fail. That foundation still shapes everything I build.
What I do now
My focus today is AI engineering — agentic systems, LLM integrations, and developer tooling. I founded RedZen Cloud LLC in the US to ship custom software, web, and AI products, including Aether, an AI agent that controls macOS from your phone, and RedZen Auto Poster for Instagram automation. I've delivered 200+ projects, owning everything from architecture to on-time, on-budget delivery.
How I work
I take risks and I move fast — but on solid ground. I care about the product the way Steve Jobs cared about the whole widget: design, engineering, and the details a user never consciously notices but always feels. I'd rather ship something bold and right than something safe and forgettable.
